She has a younger brother Noah James Kelly.

Tori appeared as a contestant in her debut television game show Star Search in 2003, and she began her singing career with the studio album Unbreakable Smile, released on June 23, 2015. She provided the voice of Meena’s role in her first film Sing in 2016. She gained fame for the songs Mr. Music, Bring Me Home, and Confetti. Kelly is also famous for the song Fill A Heart (Child Hunger Ends Here). She also provided the voice of Meena’s character in the movie Sing 2 in 2021, and she is also starred as Herself in the film Jerry & Marge Go Large in 2022. She is the winner of the television show America’s Most Talented Kid in 2004.
