Bella has a younger twin sister Brie Bella, also a professional wrestler, and a younger brother J.J. Garcia. She completed her schooling at Chaparral High School, and then she joined Grossmont College.
Relationships
Bella has been in a relationship with wrestler Nick Nemeth from 2008 to 2010. Later, she started dating wrestler John Cena in 2012, and the couple got engaged in April 2017. But, they split in 2018. She began a relationship with dancer Artem Chigvintsev in 2018, and she gave birth to their first child a son Matteo Artemovich Chigvintsev on July 31, 2020. The couple got married on August 26, 2022, in Paris, France.

Nikki made her professional WWE debut against Nattie Neidhart and Krissy Vaine with her sister Brie Bella. She appeared as Herself in her first television show Clash Time in 2011, and she portrayed Erica’s role in her first movie Confessions of a Womanizer in 2014. She is well known for her time in the WWE as one half of The Bella Twins along with her sister Brie Bella, and she is also famous as Herself in the television series Total Divas from 2013 to 2019.
